At SBSA Partners, LLC, our passion is for improving business sustainability through adaptive strategies and systems architecture. In particular, we are strong proponents of systems thinking and life-cycle analysis, focusing on resources and the pragmatic integration of societal, economic, and environmental considerations.
We have over 60 years of Enterprise and Solutions Architecture experience between us and were among the early pioneers in IT architectural methodology.
Our experience includes:
- leading systems architecture development projects and programs at global IT corporations
- realizing effective solutions to business problems for entire enterprises as well as individual organizations
- designing in required system qualities (including business continuity and sustainability, security, agility, and usability)
- developing training curricula and materials, and teaching architects, technologists, and clients at a wide range of competency levels
- developing and enhancing methodologies for capturing business needs and realizing them in operational systems
- mentoring and developing communities of practice and organizing worldwide conferences for exchange of ideas on best practice
